North Bay Industries has been providing custodial services to our government customers for over 15 years. We have extensive experience in providing services in public federal buildings as well as other military installations like the U.S. Army, U.S. Coast Guard, Army Corps of Engineers, and U.S Geological Survey. NBI also has experience in cleaning green buildings using the latest green techniques and technology.

At NBI we feel that professional and expert communication with the customer is the key ingredient to a winning partnership. One of the first items developed for the customer is a Housekeeping Plan. This plan contains details of how and when services will be provided and the frequency. This plan is also used for Quality Control purposes as well as training purposes.
